I'm re-committing to tracking and exercising daily b/c I know that is the way to meet my goals! Feel free to check out my "Before" and "During" albums to see how far I've come and how far I still have to go! :) UPDATE: May 24, 2010 Wow -- hard to believe that it's been one year since I became a member of LiveStrong! As of the beginning of this year, I had lost 50 pounds, which I've maintained for several months now. After a very busy and stressful semester in school that didn't leave much time for me to take care of myself, I am back and recommitted to meeting my goal: 32 pounds to go! Last year, I made a plan to complete 12 5k's (one a month for a year). I just finished my 8th one on May 15! REACHED (2/1/10) 185 (-50 pounds and no longer "obese" according to BMI) 4. 170 (wedding weight in July 2004 -- the last time I was actually happy with pictures of myself!) 5. 153 (no longer "overweight" according to BMI) 6. Re-evaluate at 153 to see if I want to/can lose more ... then MAINTAIN!
