嘿人!我叫简,今年17岁。是的,我在2010年4月3日加入了这个网站来帮助自己变得更健康。当我加入这个网站时是“194磅”,而今天,2010年4月8日,我现在是“189磅”。我通过节食减掉了5磅,这是一个愚蠢的错误,我再也不会犯了。我从2010年4月3日开始绝食,今天在2010年4月8日退出。仅仅4天,我的体重就从194磅下降到187磅,但之后我的体重开始增加,尽管我一直在挨饿。我每天只消耗500卡路里或者更少的热量,因为我非常想减肥,但过了一段时间,我又恢复了体重,即使我饿了自己。一开始我以为饿着自己不会减肥,因为我没有锻炼,但第二天当我走了2英里,我发现我的体重第二天增加了,而不是减少。不减肥并不是唯一的问题,但就在那4天里,我开始掉很多头发,我的记忆力也变差了。我害怕饥饿的自己能做什么,我从长远来看这是为什么今天4月8日,2010我会停止饿自己,虽然,我没有获得所有的重量从饥饿的我失去了自己,但是如果我继续这样做我会回到194磅,我不想,这就是为什么我停止挨饿。最近,我在四月中旬试用了一种名为康宝莱的新产品,一开始我确实减肥了,而且速度很快,但这不是适合我的饮食。我停止了接受,慢慢地把它收回来。基本上,我的体重减轻了,又恢复了。现在我知道我减肥的唯一方法是健康饮食和锻炼。这就是我要做的,我准备好迎接挑战了。我会在日记中不断更新我的进展,看看这个产品是否值得一试。但我是如此渴望摆脱饥饿的小淘气。I also want to thank all the people who gave me advice when I needed it the most.Thank you so much.If anywhone has any any questions or advice dont hasitate to message me,I'm always open to differnt ideas and have no problem hearing the truth. _________________________________________________________ MY PROGRESSES: Well I've been off the wagon for a long while and have not been taking my diet siriously.But that doesn't mean I've gone back to my old ways. I have eliminated MOST junk foods,NO soda at all,NO chips,NO ice cream or NO junk food. It doesn't mean I dont indulge once in a while, but I limit myself to only eating sweets 1 or 2 times a week only. _________________________________________________________ THE PROBLEM NOW: Having trouble portioning my meals. I tend to eat the whole plate and continue eating even though I am not hungry.I do it uncontiosly and realize I've eaten everything once the damage has been done. Luckily, I have caught the problem and now I'm trying to fix it. I'm not going to lie, it's hard, but then again nothing comes easy. _________________________________________________________ THE PLAN NOW: (The solution to my problem) I'm portioning out my food to my palm size and I am surving myself less food on my plate, seeing how I uncontiously eat everything on my plate even though I get full.I am eating 5 small meals a day and I'm starting to dance more to get active. I'm also joining all these programs in my high school to keep myself bussy and active. _________________________________________________________ HAPPY NEWS: When I started this site 4months ago I was 195lbs. Now I am officially 180lbs exactly. I know it took a long time to loose these 10lbs but I'm happy because I didn't put much effort to lose those 10lbs. All it took was to cut off some bad eating habbits. But this time I am planing to take my dieting siriously.I still plan to slim down for prom.I am so happy because I am almost in my 170's...but I have to put some work into it.I have faith that I will succeed on my goal and get great help from the people in this site. _________________________________________________________ MY GOAL: To lose the complete 50 POUNDS by April 2011 and slim down for my PROM.I plan to lose 30 POUNDS by January 2011.
